Pro Wildlife Removal provided the service as written in the proposal. Several animals (squirrel/armadillo) were caught and removed. The roof entry points were blocked as indicated. Antimicrobial treatment in the attic as well.

This was the first time I had to deal with a pest control company, the first time that I had a pest issue in general! I was visiting my mother in Tampa when I noticed a foul smell coming from her attic and I heard scurrying sounds. I called Pro Wildlife Removal after getting some recommendations from some neighbors. I was so happy I called them because they came out right away and found that my mom had a raccoon infestation and one of them had died in the attic which was rotting! It was 2 adult raccoons and multiple babies, so they had been in there for a while I suppose. Pro Wildlife Removal removed the animals without causing any harm to them and even cleaned up the mess. I felt that the whole process was really efficient and thorough, which was the most important thing for me. I would highly recommend them if you live in the Tampa area and find yourself with a wild animal in your home. It’s not fun, but Pro Wildlife Removal helps to take the stress away.

I had issues with squirrels secreting themselves under my tile roof. Josh and his associates competently/professionally sealed off all ingress locations thus preventing any squirrel inhabitation. Tangentially, they returned on numerous occasions at my behest to reassure me that although I may see squirrels on my roof they were not entering any crevices and/or secreting themselves under my tile roof. On each return occasion the associate re-examined all locations that had been closed. On every return the associate was professional in nature and interfaced with me in a convivial manner. I am appreciative of their commitment to mission and would highly recommend them.
