READ THIS if you are considering using Pro Wildlife Removal.
I don't even know where to start, but this company/business...whatever you want to call it, is a scam. They will charge you for services that they will claim they completed, but haven't, and will refuse to reimburse you for services that have already been rendered by another company prior. The only way to prove this is through before and after photos of the areas they assert need to be serviced. Most of us wouldn't even consider taking before and after photos especially for a company who "claims" to have all 5-star ratings. Fortunately for myself I was a new home owner and had a recent home inspection conducted with photo evidence. Having photographic proof you miiiight be able to prove these claims to be false. I was initially quoted over $1200 for the work they said needed to be completed, I declined the "smoke test" and "antimicrobial treatment" and ended up paying $599 for "trapping and removal for 10-14 days" and covering/treating the "ridge vent" "pipe stacks" and "AC chase". The service technician did come out several times, but aside from sticking some traps in the attic the remainder of the work was already done... or never completed. When I made this realization, I brought it to the attention of the primary owner of the company, Josh Holmberg. Josh said he would come out to my house to take a look. Still claiming that most work was done by his technician, he offered to finish the remainder of the unfinished services himself. I declined. I showed him photo evidence of the areas that were to be serviced both before and after being "serviced" by his technician and that's when things started getting ugly. Josh began arguing and was very adamant about going on the roof to perform the work himself. After declining again and requesting reimbursement for the work that wasn't done by Pro Wildlife, he refused and stated that even him taking the time to come out to look things over was costing the company money. It wasn't until I brought it to his attention that, this is most likely not the first time this has happened, and that others are probably also paying for their services that aren't being treated efficiently. He told me he wanted to be done with us forever and that he was leaving and to look for a $100 check in the mail. I bet you can guess what never came. Warning others out there to look past the 5-star ratings because those too, are probably falsified.read more

A family of possums decided to make my shed their new home. Unfortunately my dogs weren’t to happy with these new neighbors. I didn’t know what to do with them since they were so little and scared. I normally don’t give reviews however after using Pro Wildlife Removal I felt compelled to share my story... I’ve heard noises repeatedly in my attic, I called a well known company who told me there was nothing there. After several sleepless nights I called Pro Wildlife Removal and explained what was occurring. They immediately sent out a technician named Steve. I explained what was going on . After reassuring me he would resolve the issue ,Steve went to my attic and took multiple pictures and showed me evidence .. ( I wasn’t crazy ) ..Steve was able to trap the rodent and remove it !! I kept hearing things in my attic and in my garage area. So I decided to call Pro wildlife and they sent a gentleman out by the name of Steve to assess the noises that I have been hearing and sure enough I have rats! Before I called Pro Wildlife I was having major pest issues between rats in the attic and I was getting lots of spiders and palmetto bugs in the house. I gave pro wildlife a call after seeing a truck in my neighborhood and they sent a technician Mr. Steve Anthony to my home and he did an evaluation and gave me a free estimate on what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like most companies. Within a day or two I had no more pest issues. I am very pleased. The job was done flawlessly, they removed the raccoons in a humane manner, cleaned up the mess, and repaired the damage. My mother died a few weeks ago and we had the unpleasant task of going into the house and clearing things out. It was obvious that she didn’t know of the pigeon problem in the attic — there were what seemed like hundreds of them up there, and the waste literally carpeted the entire floor of the attic level. The roof was covered also, and the garage roof. I’ve never had a pest problem before, so I didn’t know what to do. I called Pro wildlife Removal for some advice more than anything, but they were so friendly (and cheaper than I thought) so it made sense to let them take care of it. I’m glad I did. The birds were gone in less than two weeks, and the new homeowners haven’t had any sightings of them either. (My son checked.)
