Common problems here
Pine Ridge's deed restrictions and horse country
The community's amended deed restrictions, recorded in July 2026, set rules on trash and animals that bear on raccoons and rats.
Horse country
The Pine Ridge Property Owners Association says members have more than 28 miles of horse trails and an Equestrian Center with a 17-stall barn.
Trash cans: 24 hours each way
The 2026 restrictions say trash, recycling and yard-waste containers can't be stored in front of the house, can go to the street no earlier than 24 hours before pickup, and must be put away within 24 hours after.
Waste in clean containers
No lot may be used to dump or store rubbish, garbage or yard waste, and waste must be kept in clean, sanitary containers. The association can remove waste left out and bill the owner; composting manure is allowed.
Which animals live outside
The restrictions allow only dogs, cats and horses outside the house or a fully enclosed building, and no poultry anywhere.
Barns by section
Horses can be stabled only on lots the restrictions list, and barns aren't allowed in the Country Club section. Where barns are allowed, UF/IFAS advice on keeping limbs off roofs applies to them too.

Brandon came out of his way to help remove a raccoon who had decided to use my front door mat for nap. Brandon was very polite and professional. He removed Ralph without issue and pretty quickly.

There's a first time for everything! Somehow a snake made it's way into our office building and chose my office to hang out. I called Pro Wildlife on Sunday and explained it to the tech. They arranged the appointment to come and remove it for today @ 9am. The tech Zak Brooks arrived and got the snake out very quickly! He was friendly and professional!! Definitely recommend and we'd use them again if needed! Thank you again!

Josh came out & removed a dead cat from my engine that had been there for over six months! Absolutely no one else would do the job and other places said they couldn’t even find the animal. Josh found it and removed it with ease. I can’t thank him enough!
